Adamas Trust announces Q3 earnings per share of 24 cents, surpassing consensus estimate of 22 cents.

The momentum generated from our disciplined and deliberate capital rotation that focuses on assets with greater earnings durability has allowed for a meaningful increase in the Company's quarterly dividend. Additionally, we deepened relationships across the investment ecosystem in the quarter with our acquisition of the remaining 50% interest in a market leading business purpose loan origination platform. Together, these initiatives drove earnings available for distribution higher for the sixth consecutive quarter, reinforcing our commitment to long-term value creation for our stockholders."
