The Fund's investment objective is to seek current income and gains, with a secondary objective of long-term capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing across the capital structure in companies across a range of industries and technologies. The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in a combination of securities issued by artificial intelligence companies and in other companies that stand to benefit from artificial intelligence and other technology opportunities. The Fund's 15% of net assets are invested in artificial intelligence companies. The Fund normally invests at least 30% of its managed assets in convertible securities. The Fund does not normally invest more than 20% of its managed assets in high-yield securities. The Fund's investment advisor is Virtus Investment Advisers, Inc.
