The Company designs, develops, owns and operates (whether directly or through third-party operators) up-scale music venues, outdoor amphitheaters, and full-service restaurants and bars. It operates two indoor venues, three restaurants, and one outdoor amphitheater across Colorado and Georgia. Its Bourbon Brothers Presents (indoor music venues) is known as Phil Long Music Hall at Bourbon Brothers. Its music venue concepts an indoor, intimate music hall venue known as Bourbon Brothers Presents, operate under the names of Phil Long Music Hall at Bourbon Brothers with respect to the Colorado venue and The Hall at Bourbon Brothers or Boot Barn Hall with respect to the Georgia venue.
