Stingray Group closed its previously announced acquisition of TuneIn Holdings after all conditions precedent to closing the Transaction have been satisfied. Total consideration for the Transaction is up to $175M in cash, consisting of $150M paid at closing and up to an additional $25M payable 12 months following the closing. The Transaction was financed through a $150M term loan under the Company's renewed credit facility.
