Drilling Tools International Corp. is a global oilfield services company that manufactures and provides a differentiated, rental-focused offering of tools for use in onshore and offshore horizontal and directional drilling operations. The Company's operating activities are divided into four divisions: Directional Tool Rentals, Premium Tools Division, Wellbore Optimization Tools, and Other Products & Services, including Downhole Inspection Solutions & Downhole Machining Solutions. Its primary products are bottom hole assembly components such as stabilizers, subs, non-magnetic and steel drill collars, hole openers, roller reamers, as well as drill pipe and drill pipe accessories.
