About BCIC
BCP Investment Corporation is an externally managed, non-diversified closed-end investment company. The Company’s investment objective is to generate both current income and capital appreciation through debt and equity investments. The Company originates, structures, and invests in secured term loans, bonds or notes and mezzanine debt primarily in privately held middle market companies but may also invest in other investments such as loans to publicly traded companies, high-yield bonds, and distressed debt securities. It also invests in debt and subordinated securities issued by collateralized loan obligation funds. In addition, from time to time the Company may invest in the equity securities of privately held middle market companies and may also receive warrants or options to purchase common stock in connection with its debt investments. Its investment adviser is Sierra Crest Investment Management LLC.
