IsoEnergy is pleased to announce that it has entered into an equity distribution agreement with Virtu Canada Corp. and Virtu Americas LLC. Pursuant to the Distribution Agreement, the company may distribute up to C$50M of common shares in the capital of the company, from time to time through the Agents. This ATM Program replaces the company's previous at-the-market equity program announced on June 2, 2025, which has since been terminated.
