The Company is engaged in the ocean transportation of dry bulk cargoes worldwide through the ownership and operation of dry bulk vessels, such as the Panamax vessel M/V Alfa, and others, as it is intends to charter its vessels to regional and international dry bulk operators, commodity traders and other customers primarily on time charters (either index-linked or fixed rate) or voyage charters.
