Hyatt achieves minimum condition in tender offer for Playa Hotels & Resorts

Tender Offer Completion: Hyatt announced that it successfully tendered approximately 82.8% of Playa Hotels & Resorts' shares, satisfying the minimum tender condition for its offer to acquire Playa at $13.50 per share, totaling about $2.6 billion.
Subsequent Offering Period: A subsequent offering period has begun for Playa shareholders who have not yet tendered their shares, which will end on June 16, with trading of Playa ordinary shares expected to be suspended on Nasdaq before market opening that day.
