Heritage Financial Corporation is a bank holding company with Heritage Bank, a full-service commercial bank, as its sole wholly owned banking subsidiary. The Company has a branching network in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. The Company also does business under the Whidbey Island Bank name on Whidbey Island and the Kitsap Bank name. The Company's business consists primarily of commercial lending and deposit relationships with small- to medium-sized businesses and their owners in its market areas, as well as deposits from the general public.
