Norway's Sovereign Wealth Fund Investment: Norway's $2 trillion sovereign wealth fund, managed by Norges Bank Investment Management, is set to invest $542.6 million for a 95% stake in a New York City office building at 1177 Avenue of the Americas, in partnership with Beacon Capital Partners.
