FREYR Battery's New Headquarters: FREYR Battery has chosen Austin, Texas as its new global headquarters to align with its operations and support the production of U.S.-made solar modules, coinciding with the ramp-up at its Wilmer facility which employs over 1,000 people.
Sale of Georgia Site: The company has also agreed to sell its 368-acre site in Coweta County, Georgia for $50 million, expecting net proceeds of approximately $22.5 million after settling state and local grants.
