It is a private health insurance marketplace with a technology and service platform that provides consumer engagement, education and health insurance enrollment solutions. Its segments include Medicare and Employer and Individual (E&I). The Medicare segment markets Medicare-related health insurance plans and, to a lesser extent, ancillary products such as dental and vision insurance and hospital indemnity plans, to its Medicare-eligible consumers.
