Costco's New Executive Member Hours
- Extended Shopping Hours: Starting after Labor Day weekend, Costco will open its stores at 9 a.m. exclusively for executive members, one hour earlier than for other members. This change was communicated in a June 11 email and is part of a grace period that ends on August 31.
- Saturday Hours: In addition to the early opening, Costco will also keep its stores open an extra hour on Saturdays, closing at 7 p.m. for all members, a change that took effect on July 5.
Executive Member Benefits
- Shopping Hours: The new shopping hours for executive members are as follows:
- Monday-Friday: 9-10 a.m.
- Saturday: 9-9:30 a.m.
- Sunday: 9-10 a.m.
- Labor Day Closure: Costco will be closed on Labor Day, which is on September 1.
- Membership Perks: Executive members enjoy additional benefits over Gold Star members, including warehouse access, Costco fuel access, a free household card, and an annual 2% reward on qualified purchases.
- Monthly Credit: Executive members will also receive a monthly $10 credit for orders of $150 placed through Costco's "Same-Day" service or Instacart.
