Operating cash generation was again positive in the quarter, and our net cash position closed at over $289 million. This quarter our Board approved a further 10 percent increase in our semi-annual dividend to 92 cents per share, and we completed $6.2 million in share repurchases. Additionally, the Board approved a new $75 million buyback authorization to further enhance shareholder return flexibility."
