Pearl Diver Credit Company, Inc., is an externally managed, non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Company's primary investment objective is to maximize its portfolio's total return, with a secondary objective of generate high current income. The Company invests primarily in third-party collateralized loan obligation (CLO) equity and mezzanine tranches of predominately United States-dollar denominated CLOs backed by corporate leveraged loans issued primarily to United States obligors. It focuses on the primary CLO market where there is discrepancy between the value of a CLO's assets and liabilities is believed to present an attractive investment opportunity. The Company invests in industries, such as software, health care providers & services, hotels, restaurants & leisure, professional services, media, chemicals, commercial services & supplies, insurance, aerospace & defense and machinery.
