The Company’s segments include Baseball and Mixed-Use Development. The Baseball segment includes operations relating to the Atlanta Braves Major League Baseball Club and the Braves’ ballpark. The Mixed-Use Development segment includes retail, office, hotel and entertainment operations primarily within The Battery Atlanta. The Battery Atlanta is an approximately 2.25 million square-foot mixed-use development, located around Truist Park at the intersection of I-75 and I-285, and offers an expansive mix of market-exclusive entertainment experiences, chef-driven restaurants, boutique shopping, and others.
