Archrock announced that Archrock Services intends, subject to market and other conditions, to offer and sell to eligible purchasers $500M aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2034. Archrock Partners Finance Corp. will serve as co-issuer of the Notes. Archrock intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under Archrock's revolving credit facility.
