Some investors highlighted the single Kaposi's sarcoma case in Sanofi's data, viewing it as a potential negative readthrough for Apogee, since the company also has IL-13 plus OX40L combo data coming in Q3, the analyst tells investors in a research note. However, UBS does not see any meaningful readthrough to Apogee from Sanofi's data. While Kaposi's sarcoma is a potential risk to the OX40 class, the risk appears to be relatively low, contends the firm. It points out Sanofi treated thousands of patients and there was only one case of Kaposi's sarcoma, and that the patient high risk patient according to the company.
