The Fund’s investment objective is to seek to provide a high level of total return with an emphasis on current income. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of income-producing public and private infrastructure equity investments around the world. The Fund may invest in issuers located anywhere in the world, including issuers located in emerging markets. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in securities issued by companies that are not infrastructure companies. It may invest in securities denominated in United States dollars and currencies of foreign countries. The Fund invests in various sectors, such as industrials, utilities, energy, communication services, real estate, materials and information technology. Its investment advisor is abrdn Inc. and its investment sub-advisor is abrdn Investments Limited.
