The Company is engaged in investing in, owning and operating a portfolio of single-tenant net-leased commercial income properties that are predominately leased to publicly traded and credit-rated tenants. The Company’s primary objective is to maximize cash flow and value per share by generating stable and growing cash flows and attractive risk-adjusted returns through ownership, operation and growth through the acquisition of a diversified portfolio of high-quality, net-leased commercial properties with attractive long-term real estate fundamentals and through the investment of commercial loans secured by commercial real estate. It owns and operates a portfolio of commercial net lease properties all located in the United States. Its primary business segments include income properties and commercial loans and investments. Its portfolio consists of approximately 134 net leased properties located in 35 states.
