About ACRV
Acrivon Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing precision oncology medicines. It uses its precision Generative Phosphoproteomics platform, Acrivon Predictive Precision Proteomics (AP3), to develop its pipeline of oncology drug candidates. Its lead candidate, ACR-368, is a selective small molecule inhibitor which targets CHK1 and CHK2 at sub single-digit nM and single-digit nM potency in intact cells, respectively, in a registrational Phase II trial across multiple solid tumor types.
