Smart Share Global Ltd is a holding company mainly engaged in providing mobile device charging services. The Company operates two segments. The Mobile Device Charging segment provides service through power banks, placed in Point of Interest (POIs) operated by location partners, such as entertainment venues, restaurants, shopping centers, hotels, transportation hubs and public spaces. The Mobile Device Charging segment is also involved in advertising services and sales of merchandise. The PV Business segment provides engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), as well as installation services for household rooftop photovoltaic power stations.
