Enservco Corporation has announced that the NYSE American has initiated delisting proceedings for its common stock. The decision follows a Listing Qualifications Panel hearing on October 23, where it was determined that Enservco did not meet the minimum requirement of $6 million in stockholders' equity by the deadline of June 9. Consequently, the NYSE American has suspended trading of Enservco's common stock as of November 1. Enservco has the option to appeal this decision within 15 days. In response to the suspension, Enservco has applied to have its common stock quoted on the OTCQB market and expects trading to commence there within one to two weeks.
