Colliers Expands Engineering Capabilities with Acquisition of TTM Group

Toronto and Sydney, October 8, 2024 – Colliers (NASDAQ, TSX: CIGI), a global leader in diversified professional services and investment management, has announced the acquisition of TTM Group Pty Limited (TTM), a prominent transportation engineering consultancy based in Brisbane, Queensland. This strategic move enhances Colliers Engineering & Design Australia's scale and introduces new traffic and transportation capabilities across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.

The integration of TTM will see its senior leadership team become shareholders in the Colliers Engineering platform, following Colliers' unique partnership model. The rebranded "Colliers Engineering & Design" will fully integrate into the expanding Colliers Engineering platform. The financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.

TTM, established in 1982, boasts a team of 65 professionals operating from four offices across Australia. Their expertise spans transportation and traffic engineering and design, specialty acoustics, data collection, and waste management design and consulting, serving both private and public sector clients.
