The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in a portfolio of FLEX Options that reference the SPDR® S&P 500® ETF Trust. The underlying ETF seeks to track the investment results of the S&P 500 Index, a large-cap, market-weighted, U.S. equities index that tracks the performance of 500 leading companies in leading industries. The fund’s strategy has been specifically designed to produce the outcomes based upon the performance of the underlying ETF’s share price over the duration of the outcome period. The fund is non-diversified.
