Yatsen recently announced a collaboration to bring its brand, Perfect Diary, to Sephora in China. This partnership integrates Yatsen's infrastructure with the beauty retailer. The collaboration will see Perfect Diary's portfolio of products making its milestone debut across Sephora's retail network of around 300 outlets, including hubs such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.

The company said, "For the fourth quarter of 2025, the Company expects its total net revenues to be between RMB1.32 billion and RMB1.49 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of approximately 15% to 30%. These forecasts reflect the Company's current and preliminary views on the market and operational conditions, which are subject to change."
