BofA notes Teladoc (TDOC) has announced a partnership with Walmart (WMT) to offer its virtual care services through Walmart's Better Care Services platform, expanding access to low-cost, convenient care for customers. For reference, Better Care Services is a platform created in January 2026 that integrates third-party telehealth providers with Walmart's existing pharmacy infrastructure. The offering includes 24/7 virtual urgent care, dermatology, and nutrition services available through insurance or a $89 cash-pay option, with integrated prescription and medication fulfillment through Walmart's pharmacy network. The firm views the expanded distribution of Teladoc's core medical network as a modest positive as it connects the platform with a new uninsured or underinsured demographic, but it doesn't expect it to have a notable impact on financials near-term. BofA has a Buy rating on Teladoc with a price target of $9 on the shares.
