Solidion announced that it has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with an entity that manufactures and distributes energy storage systems to supply pouch cells for use in energy storage systems. While the MOU is non-binding in nature and may result in no actual sales, the agreement could potentially add an estimated $4M to $6M in revenue over the next 12 months.

Solidion was notified by the U.S. Department of War/Army STTR Program that it has been awarded a grant to develop an advanced fiber-based electronic battery system built on a coaxial carbon nanotube yarn architecture. This marks the third grant Solidion has received in the last six months. Research will be conducted jointly with The University of Texas at Dallas.
