Sotera Health Company announced the launch of a secondary offering of 31.84M shares of its common stock. All 31.84M shares are being offered for sale by certain affiliates of Warburg Pincus and GTCR as selling stockholders. No other entities, and no individuals, are selling shares in the offering. The company is not offering any shares in the offering and will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering. Goldman Sachs & Co. is acting as the underwriter for the offering.
