Primech Holdings announced that its subsidiary, Primech A & P, has been awarded two new facility services contracts valued at a combined $36.1M, with terms extending up to five years. The awards mark Primech's deepest push yet into mission-critical public infrastructure: a five-year engagement covering a major public-sector education portfolio, and a parallel contract with a social service organization supporting individuals with diverse needs.

Primech Holdings signed a three-year leasing agreement to deploy its Hytron autonomous restroom cleaning robot at a high-traffic public sector facility in Singapore. The agreement marks Hytron's transition from product showcase to live, revenue-generating commercial deployment, and establishes a recurring monthly revenue stream for Primech AI commencing no later than 31 May 2026. The agreement provides for the lease of one Hytron unit, with a three-month onboarding phase upon delivery during which installation, setup and operator training are provided by Primech AI at no additional charge. This onboarding structure is designed to lower the adoption barrier for new enterprise clients and accelerate deployment readiness, before transitioning into the full multi-year lease.

Primech AI announced the deployment of its Hytron autonomous bathroom cleaning robots in a multi-storey school environment. The project represents a significant commercial milestone for autonomous cleaning solutions in facility management. Primech AI was selected as one of the finalists of the Innovation Challenge by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Digital Development and Information launched on the Infocomm Media Development Authority's Open Innovation Platform. The challenge sought a solution to enhance cleaning of toilet facilities in multi-storey school buildings to reduce reliance on manpower and enhance cleaning efficiency, while overcoming existing infrastructure limitations. Primech AI was awarded prize funding for prototype development and pilot testing.
