Primech Holdings announced the acceleration of its U.S. expansion strategy, supported by its selection for the SelectUSA Tech program and participation in the 2026 SelectUSA Investment Summit following an invitation from the U.S. Embassy in Singapore. This acceleration positions Primech to capitalize on enterprise demand for AI-powered facility automation through commercial deployment. The company is actively advancing a growing pipeline of commercial deployment opportunities across the United States for Hytron, its fully autonomous AI-powered restroom cleaning system.

Primech AI announced the deployment of its Hytron autonomous bathroom cleaning robots in a multi-storey school environment. The project represents a significant commercial milestone for autonomous cleaning solutions in facility management. Primech AI was selected as one of the finalists of the Innovation Challenge by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Digital Development and Information launched on the Infocomm Media Development Authority's Open Innovation Platform. The challenge sought a solution to enhance cleaning of toilet facilities in multi-storey school buildings to reduce reliance on manpower and enhance cleaning efficiency, while overcoming existing infrastructure limitations. Primech AI was awarded prize funding for prototype development and pilot testing.

Primech AI Pte., a subsidiary of Primech Holdings Limited, announced a distribution agreement to expand HYTRON into South Korea, a partnership expected to generate approximately $4.08M in projected revenue over three years while establishing a scalable commercial footprint in one of Asia's most advanced automation markets. Under the agreement, the partner will serve as Primech AI's authorized distributor in South Korea, leading localized marketing, sales, deployment, and technical support for Hytron to drive commercial adoption and support scalable deployment across the territory.

Primech AI announced a leasing agreement with CBM. Under the partnership, CBM will deploy Primech AI's flagship Hytron autonomous bathroom cleaning robots across its managed properties to enhance cleaning consistency, efficiency, and hygiene standards. The agreement provides flexibility for scaling deployments after an initial trial period and includes full installation, training, and maintenance support from Primech AI.
