Old National Bancorp announced that its Board of Directors increased the quarterly cash dividend on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock by 3.6% to $0.145 per share. This quarterly cash dividend will be payable on March 16, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 5, 2026. The Company also announced today that its Board of Directors approved doubling the size of its share repurchase program, authorizing the Company to repurchase up to $400 million of the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The new share repurchase program replaces the prior $200 million share repurchase program that was set to expire on February 28, 2026. Share repurchases under this program may be made from time to time on the open market, in privately negotiated transactions or through accelerated share repurchase programs in the discretion of, and at prices to be determined by, the Company. The program will be in effect until February 28, 2027.

Old National Bancorp and Axletree Solutions announced the completion of a partnership to, through the implementation of Symmetree by Axletree, host Old National's updated SWIFT architecture. The enhancements provide a new level of highly-secure transaction messaging to ensure end-to-end control and complete transparency of banking transactions. Symmetree by Axletree is a centralized integration layer that integrates Old National's existing systems and global messaging networks. The partnership has produced risk reduction, increased business continuity, and speed of execution. A unified interface provides visibility and control over all global messaging workflows; built-in logic to identify, flag, and correct non-compliant messages before transmission; Swift optimization; and ISO 20022 enablement, among other updates. The improved highly-secure architecture meets the ISO 20022 mandate, and establishes a scalable foundation for further international growth.

Old National Bancorp has appointed Joe Chasteen to the role of Chief Revenue Enablement Officer, a newly-created strategic leadership position focused on organic growth and revenue generation. Chasteen brings more than 27 years of business banking and enterprise leadership experience to Old National, previously holding senior roles at several large financial institutions across the country. "Joe's background demonstrates a unique combination of deep banking expertise, proven leadership, and disciplined execution," said Old National President & Chief Operating Officer Tim Burke. "His track record of building high-performing teams and driving consistent results across organizations, along with his highly collaborative approach, will bring even more rigor, consistency, and accountability to our sales delivery."
