Navan (NAVN) plans to launch a hotel-Travel Management Company, or TMC, direct connection to modernize the corporate hotel booking experience. This new capability, co-created between Navan and Hilton (HLT), combines Hilton's distribution framework with Navan's travel technology, marketplace, and booking platform. Navan will be the first TMC to integrate directly with Hilton's Central Reservation System and content services, enabling real-time shopping, booking, and access to source-of-truth hotel content. The integration is enabled through Hilton-developed APIs, implemented and optimized in partnership with Navan's travel marketplace platform.

Navan announced the launch of its Model Context Protocol, which allows customers to connect Navan to their existing AI tools and securely access their travel and expense data together through simple queries that use natural language. Navan's MCP gives administrators and finance leaders the ability to analyze spend, booking, or policy data by simply chatting with their preferred AI interface. By plugging directly into workflows that enterprises rely on every day, Navan MCP acts as a universal power adapter that transforms complex backend infrastructure into conversational clarity, and represents the next phase of its 'Navan Anywhere' distribution strategy. The initial MCP deployment provides a read-only experience for gathering corporate travel and expense intelligence. The MCP also establishes the necessary foundation to support upcoming write-access tools including approving out-of-pocket expenses, updating travel policies, and broader agent integrations for users to book travel within their preferred interface.

Navan (NAVN) announced that Cummins (CMI) has selected Navan following a review of the business travel landscape. Through the partnership, Navan will be supporting the travel needs of Cummins' more than 60,000 employees, who span locations in more than 60 countries across three global regions.
