Leifras has been awarded a contract by Monbetsu City, Hokkaido to provide community-based club activity management and operation services. The company will operate and manage a community-based club in Monbetsu City starting April 2026. Starting in the 2026 school year, community-based clubs are expected to replace school-based club activities. Leifras has been supporting school clubs since before the nationwide call for localization of club activities Leifras has seen an increase in large-scale projects, including multi-year contracts, primarily in urban areas and major municipalities. For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, social business sales were up 36.4% year-on-year and the number of schools contracted for club activities has reached 360 schools, up 53.2% year-on-year.

Leifras announced that it entered into a memorandum of understanding with Tachibana Gakuen, a high school specializing in education for students who have been absent from school, and Matsumoto, a printing company. Under the MOU, the three parties plan to launch a collaborative project aimed at supporting students affected by school refusal.

Leifras announced that it has been awarded a contract by the City of Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, for Regional Club Activity Facility Management and Operation Services. Beginning October the City of Nagoya will make facilities at 111 municipal junior high schools-including gymnasiums, martial arts dojos, athletic fields, music rooms, and art rooms-available to community organizations for conducting club activities on Saturdays and Sundays. The objective of this project is to manage and operate these open school facilities in close coordination and collaboration with Nagoya City officials and school administrators.

Leifras, a sports and social business company dedicated to youth sports and community engagement, priced its initial public offering of 1.25M American Depositary Shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per ADS. Each ADS represents one ordinary share of the company. Kingswood Capital Partners is acting as the representative of the underwriters for the offering.
