Leifras announced that on June 23 it entered into a stock transfer agreement to acquire 100% of the equity interests in Swift Japan, a childcare facility operator in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. The acquisition is expected to extend Leifras' customer reach from infancy onward. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company will acquire all of Swift Japan's common stock for approximately JPY454.6M. The transaction is expected to close on July 1. Through this partnership, Leifras aims to build an educational ecosystem that seamlessly supports children's long-term physical and mental development from infancy. As dual-income households continue to increase across Japan, the "First-Grade Wall," a systemic shortage of after-school childcare capacity for children entering elementary school, has emerged as a growing social challenge.

Leifras announced its official collaboration with BLUELOCK, a globally acclaimed soccer manga/anime series, along with plans to launch "SIX SHOOT PREMIER 0," an inaugural premier tournament for SIX SHOOT, on August 10, 2026. SIX SHOOT is Leifras' newly developed soccer competition focused on shooting and goal scoring. Through the partnership with BLUELOCK, Leifras aims to elevate awareness of SIX SHOOT, strengthen engagement with youth athletes, and accelerate the development of the sport as a scalable competitive platform. The tournament is expected to gather elite strikers from the youth generation to prove their clinical finishing abilities across six diverse shooting scenarios, competing for the title of the "Generation's No. 1 Striker." This collaboration was forged through the powerful alignment between BLUELOCK's core narrative of "fostering the world's greatest striker" and SIX SHOOT's vision of "developing the world's best strikers, beginning from Japan." Additional details regarding tournament structures, categories, participating athletes, and special guests will be announced in the near future. The collaboration represents a strategic alignment of values. BLUELOCK has captivated audiences globally by depicting athletes who continually challenge their limits with an uncompromising desire to become the world's best striker.

Leifras announced the strategic expansion of its developmental support sector, driven by both organic growth and strategic M&A, with the opening of nine new facilities during April and May 2026, increasing its network to 29 locations nationwide. As part of this expansion, Leifras recently completed a business acquisition in the Miyagi area, through which it took over four existing facilities and afterward, successfully launched two new specialized brands: "FLEI" for movement-based learning support and "ILFE" for independent learning support. Moving forward, the company plans to optimize resource allocation as it expands into new territories and strengthens regional density through a focused area development strategy.
