Leifras announced that it has obtained membership with the Nippon Sport Policy Commission, a general incorporated foundation that supports the promotion of sports policy in Japan. Leifras will participate in NSPC's activities as a supporting corporate partner and help promote the principles of Japan's Basic Act on Sport. The company said, "Through the membership, Leifras aims to further strengthen its network with government and related organizations, and contribute to a sustainable and bright future for club activities by addressing social issues currently facing the Japanese educational field, such as the need to shift club activities from schools to local communities."

Leifras announced that it has entered into a contract with Shime Town, Kasuya District, Fukuoka Prefecture ("Shime Town") to support the transition of junior high school club activities to local communities in Shime Town and to provide sports instruction and related management services. Leifras has been engaging in a one-year pilot program in Shime Town from April 2025.

Leifras announced that it entered into a school partner agreement with the non-profit organization Blaublitz Akita Sports Network to launch the "Blaublitz Akita x Liberta Soccer School" in Odate City, Akita Prefecture, beginning April 1. Pursuant to the agreement, the company will acquire and operate the business of the Blaublitz Akita Soccer School Odate Branch currently run by Blaublitz Akita. This alliance marks the realization of the company's strategic objective of entering Akita Prefecture and achieving nationwide expansion to 46 of Japan's 47 prefectures.

Leifras announced that the company entered into a business transfer agreement with Well Resources to acquire four child development support and after-school daycare facilities in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. Well Resources is an operator of child welfare facilities and elderly care facilities in Japan. The acquisition is an initiative to accelerate profit growth in Leifras' social business segment and establish a position in the Northeastern Japan market via focused expansion in the region. The transaction is expected to close on May 1. The four facilities to be acquired maintain occupancy rates of nearly 100% and are supported by a team of 23 professionals holding national licenses, such as physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists. Leifras' social business segment recorded revenue growth of 36.4% year-on-year in the third quarter of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The four target facilities maintain occupancy rates of nearly 100% and have built strong reputations among local communities and counseling support agencies. Given that these assets are fully operational and do not rely on paid advertising, the company expects immediate top-line and bottom-line contributions following closing, without ramp-up costs typically associated with de novo openings.
