Kohl's announced that Elliott Rodgers has been named Kohl's (KSS) COO, reporting to CEO Michael Bender. In this role, Rodgers will be responsible for Kohl's enterprise operations, including its nearly 1,200 stores, global supply chain and distribution centers, procurement, and loss prevention. He will assume the role on September 9. Most recently, Rodgers was COO at Foot Locker (FL).

Kohl's has named Elliott Rodgers, the former chief operations officer at Foot Locker (DKS), as its new chief operating officer, The Wall Street Journal's Kelly Cloonan reports, citing the company's comments. Rodgers will assume the role on Sept. 9, the report states.
