MindWalk Holdings Launches Pandemic Response Platform
MindWalk Holdings announced the launch of its Pandemic Response Platform, a deployment configuration of the Company's proprietary HYFT biological pattern system and LensAI platform purpose-built for outbreak preparedness, rapid countermeasure design, and pan-strain antigen and antibody generation against RNA viruses. The Platform draws on the same biological intelligence infrastructure that has supported more than 20 molecules advanced to the clinic across the Company's programs, and is currently deployed on its wholly owned pan-serotype Dengue and universal Influenza programs, both at in vivo proof-of-concept stage, targeting the RNA virus categories with the longest history of resisting broadly protective coverage. Cross-strain neutralization assays are currently underway for both programs. The Platform extends the same constraint-driven discovery engine powering the Company's wholly owned pan-serotype Dengue and universal Influenza programs into a deployable workflow for governments, biodefense agencies, and pharmaceutical partners.

MindWalk Holdings Releases Systematic Report Identifying 20 Drug Candidates
MindWalk Holdings released a systematic report identifying over 20 discovery-originated drug candidates with documented origins in antibody discovery work performed at MindWalk facilities. Ten of these programs are in active clinical trials, spanning Phase 1 through Phase 3 across oncology, immunology, neurology, and infectious disease. In every case, the clinical asset is wholly owned, advanced, and funded by the partner. MindWalk's contribution was the molecule itself - the immunization strategy, the discovery campaign, the lead identification, and the candidate selection that made clinical entry possible. In select cases that contribution extended into early development. The same wet-lab and AI capabilities that produced these programs are available to MindWalk's partners today and are the foundation of the Company's own proprietary portfolio. "Before AI was a hypothesis in life sciences, our scientists were generating the molecules that are now in clinical trials at our partners. That history is not a credential we display - it is a standard we hold ourselves to. When we bring a new capability into this organization, the question is always the same: can it meet the bar that wet-lab discovery set? HYFT and LensAI were built by world-class scientists pursuing a singular focus: creating the most rigorous biological representation system ever developed. We integrated them because they cleared that bar. The result is a discovery organization where the biology and the AI interrogate each other - and where neither would be as good without the other," said Dr. Jennifer Bath, CEO.

MindWalk Holdings Launches B Cell Llama Platform for Antibody Discovery
MindWalk Holdings "announced B Cell Llama(TM), a platform for the discovery of VHH nanobodies: the single-domain antibody fragments increasingly recognized as the ideal molecular building blocks for bispecific antibodies, multispecific therapeutics, and CAR-T cell therapies. Bispecific antibody sales alone are projected to reach US$50 billion by 2030, with the broader cell therapy market adding tens of billions more. B Cell Llama is designed to help partners capture this opportunity with better starting material and AI-guided precision at every step of the discovery process. The announcement is anchored by a study published in Biomacromolecules (American Chemical Society, 2026), conducted by MindWalk in a grant-funded collaboration with Eindhoven University of Technology and Radboud University Medical Center. Three findings from the study illustrate what modular VHH design can achieve: Potency amplified through assembly. Nanobodies displayed in multivalent formats achieved sub-nanomolar potency, 10 to 25 times greater than the same nanobody in monovalent form; Modular reconfiguration defeats resistance. A trivalent VHH construct neutralized variants that escaped all monovalent formats and defeated a pair of approved antibody therapies, demonstrating that rational reassembly of the same building block can restore activity where single agents fail; A potential immune-priming effect. VHH-nanoparticle complexes were preferentially internalized by immune cells associated with long-term immune memory, raising the possibility that certain VHH formats may not only neutralize a target but help the immune system recognize it in the future. The study also produced a finding with direct relevance to AI-guided drug discovery: the molecule with the strongest binding affinity delivered zero functional activity. Binding strength is not a reliable proxy for efficacy. Some conventional discovery workflows depend heavily on binding metrics to rank and select candidates. LensAI(TM) is designed to prioritize function directly."
