Group 1 Automotive Increases 2026 Dividend to $2.20 per Share
Group 1 Automotive announced its board of directors has approved an increase in the 2026 annual dividend rate to $2.20 per share. This represents an increase of 10%, or 20c, from the 2025 annual dividend rate of $2.00 per share. Consistent with this increase, a 55c dividend per share will be payable on March 16 to stockholders of record as of March 2.
