Corning Signs $6B Fiber-Optic Deal with Meta
Corning (GLW) has lost money on fiber-optic cables for nearly 20 years, but now the stock is hovering around its all-time high, boosted by a $6B deal with Meta (META) to supply fiber-optic cables for the company's AI data centers, Christopher Mims of The Wall Street Journal reports. Additionally, Corning is in discussions with other company for similar deals.
