Gilat Satellite (GILT) announced that the Boeing (BA) and Gilat have reached a milestone toward offering Gilat's multi-orbit Sidewinder electronically steered antenna as a future line-fit solution for in-flight connectivity service providers. Through IFC integration partners, Boeing will offer a line-fit Sidewinder terminal installation to accelerate the adoption of advanced inflight broadband connectivity.

Reports Q1 revenue $110.47M, consensus $114.56M. Adi Sfadia, Gilat's CEO, commented: "Gilat began 2026 with strong execution and momentum across our key growth initiatives. Our first quarter results reflected the strength of our broad solutions portfolio, continued expansion in defense and commercial markets, and improving profitability."

Backs FY26 adjusted EBITDA view $61M-$66M. The company said, "Management's financial guidance for 2026 is for revenue between $500 to $520 million, representing a revenue growth rate of approximately 13% at the midpoint. Adjusted EBITDA for 2026 is expected to be between $61 to $66 million, representing a growth rate of approximately 19% at the midpoint."

Gilat Satellite Networks announced that it received a multimillion order from Nelco, a leading Satcom service provider in India, with deliveries expected over the next 12 months. "Nelco's selection of SkyEdge IV reflects the platform's ability to support high-throughput satellite services with the flexibility required for diverse service requirements," said Ron Levin, president of Gilat's commercial division. Under the agreement, Nelco has chosen Gilat's SkyEdge IV hub platform to deploy the most advanced Ka-band service network in India using the GSAT-N2 Ka-band HTS satellite. The deployment will enable scalable, high-performance connectivity across multiple segments including Aero IFC, cellular backhaul and enterprise connectivity in remotest locations, delivering the performance and flexibility required for such segments.
