EVgo named Amber Scott chief accounting officer, effective May 18. In this role, Scott will oversee the company's accounting, tax, compliance, and SEC reporting functions, reporting directly to EVgo's CFO, Keefer Lehner. Most recently, she served as VP of finance and principal accounting officer at Redwood Materials.

Sees Q2 adjusted EBITDA loss $7.5M-$12.5M.

Backs FY26 adjusted EBITDA view loss of $20M to gain of $20M. The company said, "The Company expects Q1 and Q4 2026 to be the strongest quarters of the year for non-charging revenue."
