Epam Systems Enters $300M Share Repurchase Agreement with Morgan Stanley
Epam Systems announced that it has entered into an accelerated share repurchase agreement with Morgan Stanley & Co. to repurchase an aggregate of $300M of its common stock. The ASR was authorized under the company's existing $1B share repurchase authorization.
