Adjusted EBITDA includes synergy benefits of $50M-$75M, equating to a run rate of greater than $100 million by the end of year one. Sees FY26 Capital expenditures 4.5%-5% of sales; Restructuring cash payments $110M-$150M; and Synergy implementation cash payments $100M-$125M.
