Cleveland-Cliffs Awarded $400M Contract
Cleveland-Cliffs has been awarded a maximum $400M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for grain oriented electrical steel. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204, as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.103-3. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. The performance completion date is Sept. 8, 2030. Using military services are Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Space Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2025 through 2029 transaction funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency.
