Capitol Federal Financial, the holding company for Capitol Federal Savings Bank, announced that its board of directors has declared a special cash dividend of 4c per share on outstanding CFFN common stock. The dividend is payable on January 23, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 9, 2026. Between October 1, 2025 and December 16, 2025, the company has also repurchased 1,577,853 shares of common stock at an average cost of $6.72 per share, the company noted.
