Burford Capital Shares Drop 38% to $4.86
Burford Capital announces that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has released its decision on Burford's Petersen and Eton Park claims against The Republic of Argentina and YPF. "A further announcement will be made once the ruling has been fully analyzed," Burford stated. Burford Capital shares are off earlier session lows, but remain down $2.97, or 38%, to $4.86 in afternoon trading.
