BOS Better Online announced a strategic initiative to expand its RFID division beyond its current retail focus to Israel's defense sector. "Our RFID division has historically concentrated on the retail market, which has been significantly impacted by the ongoing conflict since 2023," said Eyal Cohen, BOS CEO. "We have identified the defense sector as a strategic growth avenue offering greater resilience and stability - consistent with trends we have already observed in our Supply Chain and Intelligent Robotics divisions. To execute on this, we have engaged a specialized consulting firm led by IDF veterans with hands-on experience managing defense procurement. We view this move as part of a broader strategy to diversify our RFID customer base, and we expect it to gradually broaden our offering, ultimately yielding measurable growth in 2027."

BOS Better Online Solutions announced that its RFID division received a $350,000 extension from a major Israeli retail chain customer to a previous order of $540,000, which was reported on January 13, 2026. The extension brings the total value of this engagement to $890,000. "This order extension reflects our customer's confidence in BOS's solutions and ability to deliver exceptional value," said Uzi Parizat, Vice President, RFID Division, BOS. "When we first began working with this customer, we outlined a vision for a comprehensive, end-to-end partnership - from inventory control to logistics automation to automatic data capture - and it is encouraging to see this vision materialize. The fact that a retailer of this scale continues to expand its business with us is a strong testament to its satisfaction with our performance, and we believe there may be additional opportunities to expand this relationship over time."

The company states: "BOS Better Online announced that its Supply Chain division has signed a new exclusive sales, marketing and distribution agreement with Doppler Electronics Private Limited, an Indian corporation to increase its business activities in the growing Indian marketplace. The agreement is for one year, is renewed automatically if a certain level of sales is achieved, and is terminable by either party with 90 days' written notice. There can be no assurance that the agreement will result in increased sales as any expansion into India is subject to successful execution, customer demand and market conditions."
