At the Racing Capital of the World, Aramark Sports + Entertainment and Indianapolis Motor Speedway are rolling out an expanded lineup of new food, beverage, and premium hospitality offerings for the 2026 Indianapolis 500. Aramark Collegiate Hospitality announced a new long-term partnership with Grand Canyon University, GCU, to provide campus dining, retail, catering, and athletics-related hospitality programs.
