Reports Q1 revenue $54.62M vs. $42.89M last year. "Revenues during the first quarter of 2026 were $54.6 million, reflecting strong execution across our California Ethanol, Dairy RNG, and India Biodiesel segments, with each segment contributing to a 27% year-over-year revenue increase, " said Todd Waltz, Chief Financial Officer of Aemetis. "We posted gross profit of $2.8 million in the quarter compared with a gross loss in the same quarter last year, reflecting both operational scale and the generation of Section 45Z Production Tax Credits. With seven fully approved LCFS provisional pathways averaging a negative 380 CI score, and six more biogas pathways nearing approval, we expect to significantly improve our Low Carbon Fuel Standard revenues during later quarters of 2026."

Reports Q4 revenue $43.307M, consensus $72.07M. "Revenues for the full year of 2025 were $197.6 million plus production tax credit income of $10.4 million for total income of $208.0 million," said Todd Waltz, Chief Financial Officer of Aemetis. "Capital expenditures for carbon intensity reduction and the expansion of biogas production capacity were $26 million for 2025 as our engineering and construction teams moved forward with low carbon initiatives and the dairy RNG project buildout," added Waltz.

Aemetis announced that its Universal Biofuels subsidiary in India secured allocations of approximately $24M for the supply of more than 27 million liters of biodiesel to India's three government-owned Oil Marketing Companies, OMCs, for the period ending March 2026. Additional OMC fuel supply orders are expected throughout the year to support the India government's goal of increasing from a 1% biodiesel blend to a targeted 5%, as stated in the current India National Policy on Biofuels. "Universal Biofuels and other biodiesel producers look forward to continuous support from the government of India to build and expand a healthy biodiesel industry," stated Sanjeev Duggal, CEO of Universal Biofuels.

Aemetis announced that its Aemetis Biogas subsidiary received funds from the sale of $17M of federal clean energy tax credits, including a Section 45Z Clean Fuel Production Credit and a Section 48 Investment Tax Credit. The transaction included approximately $12M for a Section 48 ITC generated from the construction of a dairy manure digester that produces biogas and approximately $5M from a Section 45Z PTC generated from renewable natural gas production during 2025. Net cash proceeds from the transaction were approximately $15M after transaction costs. In addition, Aemetis expects to generate a transferable Section 45C tax credit in 2026 worth $10.5M, which has received approval from the IRS and the Department of Energy.
