Federal Agricultural Mortgage declared a quarterly dividend of $1.60 per share on all three classes of common stock - Class A voting common stock, Class B voting common stock and Class C non-voting common stock. This quarterly dividend, which represents an increase of 7% in Farmer Mac's quarterly dividend rate on a year-over-year basis, will be payable on March 31 to holders of record of common stock as of March 16.
