AudioEye appointed Matthew Domeyer as CFO, effective July 20. Domeyer most recently served as Corporate Controller of Flexsteel Industries, a publicly traded residential furniture manufacturer. Prior to that, he held senior finance leadership roles at Upsher-Smith Laboratories. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Sees FY26 revenue $43.25M-$44.25M, consensus $43.9M.

Reports Q1 revenue $10.6M, consensus $10.55M. "We demonstrated strong annual recurring revenue growth in the first quarter with 12% annualized sequential growth reaching $41.2 million of ARR. As ARR grows, we expect sequential quarterly revenue growth to accelerate over the course of the year, and operating leverage should lead to significant operating margin improvement," said Kelly Georgevich, Chief Executive Officer of AudioEye.
